Genetic Risk Variants for Celiac Disease in the IL2/IL21 Locus are Associated with Eosinophilic Esophagitis

Given the similar etiologies and familial inheritance patterns, we hypothesized that risk variants for celiac disease also associate with increased susceptibility for EE.
