Two cases of fat redistribution in HIV infected persons on ritonavir and fluticasone: Lipodystrophy versus cushing syndrome

An 8-year-old African American (AA) boy with HIV was taking lopinavir/ritonavir. Because of worsening asthma he was started on an increased dose of fluticasone/salmeterol (f/s) (250 mcg/50 mcg) in place of low dose (100 mcg/50 mcg).
