Time-course of serum IgG4 levels and IgG inhibitory activity following withdrawal of grass pollen immunotherapy (IT)

Withdrawal of successful immunotherapy resulted in a reduction in allergen-specific IgG4 within 6 months whereas symptomatic improvement and serum inhibitory activity for allergen-IgE binding to B cells remained high for at least 2 years.
