Intravenous immune globulin inhibits airway inflammation in a murine model of allergic asthma

There was significant peri-bronchiolar inflammation seen on lung histopathology in OVA-HSA treated animals; the histology of IVIG treated animals had rare inflammatory cells and resembled sham sensitized animals.
