METHODS: 15 patients with a history of recurrent anaphylaxis associated with wheat ingestion were diagnosed as having WDEIA by simultaneous detection of specific IgE(sIgE) to gluten, omega-5 gliadin and wheat (CAP-FEIA, Phadia).
