Diagnosing Wheat-Dependent Exercise-Induced Anaphylaxis By Simultaneous Detection of Specific IgE to Gluten, Omega-5 Gliadin and Wheat

METHODS: 15 patients with a history of recurrent anaphylaxis associated with wheat ingestion were diagnosed as having WDEIA by simultaneous detection of specific IgE(sIgE) to gluten, omega-5 gliadin and wheat (CAP-FEIA, Phadia).
