Bone-marrow derived DCs (BMDC) from unimmunized wild-type and MyD88-deficient mice were pulsed with peanut extract alone (50 mcg/mL) and in the presence of LPS or CpG (500ng/mL) or heat-killed E.coli (106/mL).
