Regulatory T-cell Patterns and Cytokine Profiles Suggest the Development of Tolerance in Patients Undergoing Peanut Oral Immunotherapy (OIT)
Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were isolated from 21 patients (1 to 16 years-old) enrolled in an open peanut OIT trial and stimulated in the presence of crude peanut extract, Ara h 2, and Concanavalin A (ConA) every six months for two years.
