The Law No. 62 / 2011, of social dialogue, changed the approach of collective labour contracts, in the sense that they are no longer negotiated and concluded at national and branch level. As a result, a large number of employees are affected. Less than two years after its passing, the modification of the labour code and the changing of the social dialogue are still debatable.
