MENTAL HEALTH HIGHLIGHTS

The current article highlights the "mental health" in the titles of any of the federal laws listed below. But each of the laws has some provision which makes it possible to expand mental health programs. It is hard to find common elements in the laws but the words that stand out in more than one law are : "planning," "comprehensive health services," "the poor," and "narcotic addiction."
