Summary Concluding report of a series of practice experiments, dealing with the O'Connor Tests termed Number‐checking, Wiggly blocks, Finger dexterity, Tweezer dexterity; considered from the standpoint of transfer effects and effects on individual differences. Emphasis on individual as well as function; on the subjective character of the “identical elements,” and the consequently individual character of the transfer process; on the shift in the pattern of individual differences brought about by practice.
