Zusammenfassung: | Nonlinear ultrasonics plays an important role in detection of closed cracks in critical structures and machines. Though design and operation of nonlinear measurement require realistic modeling and simulation in two dimensions (2D) or in three dimensions (3D), it has not been realized for subharmonics. In this study, we examine the damped double node (DDN) with compression residual stress in the finite difference time domain method. We examine detailed features of reproducing the complete transmission of small amplitude wave and subharmonic generation by large amplitude wave in 2D. |
