Zusammenfassung:In the semiempirical m odels f or calculation o f bremsstrahlung sp ectra, e lectron e nergy d istribution in a target was disregarded. Wecomputed e lectron e nergy distribution using Monte C arlo m ethod and calculated bremsstrahlung spectra. We compared the results calculated by Birch-Marshal al nd Tucker et al. -models with the spectra m easured by Fewell e t al. Spectra calculated by Birch-Marshal ml odel deviated from the experimental data as target angle decreased. The results calculated using Tucker et al. model agreed with the experimental data for an x-ray tube with the target angle of 10°, but are in disagreement for other x-ray tube. Our results can explain a dependence of the spectra on target angle and are in g ood a greement w ith the experimenta dl ata for a variety of radiographic c onditions in medical use. Fmally, we showed that taking electron e nergy d istribution in a target i nto c onsideration w as very important for the calculation of accurate b remsstrahlung spectra.
