Zusammenfassung: | Taconis oscillation is one of thermoacoustic oscillations. Taconis oscillation in a closed long tube is studied by the numerical simulations of the 2D compressible Navier-Stokes equations. Both end walls of the tube are hot (T = TH ), and the central regions of side walls are cold (T = TC ). The critical temperature ratio by our numerical simulation is higher than theoretical critical temperature ratio in the open-closed tube. The temporal and spatial changes of the temperature in the cold region of the closed tube are stronger than those of the open-closed tube. We examine the validity of the theoretical assumptions for the open-closed tube. The assumption of uniform distribution of the time averaged temperature is not satisfied in the temperature gradient and the cold region of the closed tube. |
