Mise en évidence de l'importance de la spirale de création des connaissances pour un meilleur usage d'un système ERP

The objective of this research is to demonstrate the importance of knowledge management practices in the improvement of the use of ERP. This paper demonstrates, in fact, how the SECI model of knowledge creation, was the basis for understanding its use. An immersion experience was conducted in two industrial SMEs (Small/Medium Enterprise), one case of a success and another of failure, regarding the use of the same integrated solution. The results of the study suggest that the company has managed appropriately knowledge, succeeded the use of ERP. While the company has not operated properly knowledge, failed to use it.
