Zusammenfassung:A highly efficient, easily filterable Cu/Al(OH)3 catalyst for the hydration of acrylonitrile to acrylamide has been synthesized by reducing a particle-size-controlled malachite phase-free Cu/Al hydrotalcite. The stability of the Cu/Al(OH)3 catalyst under aqueous reaction conditions was further improved by treatment with H3PO4.
