Molecular Design and Crystal Structures of Chiral Macrotricyclic Cage Amines

Chiral macrotricyclic cage amines have been synthesized; their X-ray structures have revealed that the asymmetric framework has been formed by adding a single chiral carbon into methylene skeleton of cage amine. The 1H NMR spectra have shown the stable and rigid conformation in solution.
