Zusammenfassung:A significant effect of molecular structure on the formation of surface relief grating (SRG) was found for novel azobenzene-based photochromic amorphous molecular materials, N,N′-bis[4-(phenylazo)phenyl]-N,N′-diphenyl-p-phenylenediamine and N,N-bis[4-(phenylazo)phenyl]-N′,N′-diphenyl-p-phenylenediamine. The results provide helpful information about SRG formation.
