Zusammenfassung: | A new aromatic glycoside, named sophoraside A (1), was isolated from the roots of Sophora japonica, together with puerol A (2) and puerol B (3). The structure of 1 was characterized as puerol B 5-O-β-D-glucopyranoside by its chemical and spectral data. These compounds have new frameworks among the naturally occurring compounds. 2 greatly inhibits 3H-ethylketocycloazocine on the receptor-binding assay test. |
