Zusammenfassung:Catecholamines (dopamine, norepinephrine and epinephrine) in solutions were spotted on an alumina thin-layer, dansylated (5-N, N-dimethylaminonaphthalene-1-sulfonylation), separated by adjacent cellulose and silica gel thin-layer and determined fluorometrically. The determination range was between 10-10 mole and 10-8 mole. The method was applied to the determination of norepinephrine and epinephrine in injections.
