Zusammenfassung:1,3-Bis(salicylideneamino)-2-propanol (H3salpro) and 1,3-bis(salicylideneamino)propane (H2salpn) react with Zn(ClO4)2•6H2O and pyrazole (Hpz) to give tetranuclear complexes with a linear Zn4 array, [Zn4(Hsalpro)2(pz)2-(Hpz)2](ClO4)2 (1) and [Zn4(salpn)2(pz)2(Hpz)2] (ClO4)2 (2), which were characterized by infrared spectra and X-ray crystallography.
