Zusammenfassung: | A sensitive high performance liquid chromatographic method has been developed for the determination of glyoxalic acids, one of α-keto acids. This acid was prepurified using a column of carboxyl-CPG and derivatized with ο-phenylenediamine into 2-quinoxalinol derivative, which was extracted into ethylacetate. The 2-quinoxalinol derivative and internal standard were separated by reversed-phase paired-ion chromatography using a 250×4.0 mm i. d. column packed with LiChrosorb RP-8 (5μm). This method is sensitive, selective, and reproducible. |
