We analyze in this article the changes world of work and reflection on the relationships of teachers work in public higher education. The analysis of work conditions requires understanding the restructuring of production, not only the technological and organizational changes in the production process, but the restructuring of capital, which includes changes in the work process, or aspects of objects and means of work, either in their forms of organization and control. And what are these changes in the work process? What changes have occurred that have altered the relationship between capital and work?
