Noi aspecte jurisprudential vizând regimul juridic al actelor administrative de urbanism

Along with the development and improvement of legislation, with the increased concern of public authorities and the complexity of the activities in the field, there has been significant jurisprudential development in urban planning disputes. The paper presents, starting from the court practice in Bucharest, an analysis of the case law regarding the legal status of the urbanism certificate, the procedure permitting the construction works and the reception minutes at the end of the construction works.
