Zusammenfassung:In the process of urban construction in several thousand years, Chinese insisted on the principle of "man and nature co-existing in harmony", however, in recent years, due to blind pursuit of economic development, this principle was fading out. Taking advantage of urban resources without planning was confronting the city with an unprecedented crisis. This article reveals the problems in the guiding ideology of current urban planning and construction, and points out that we have to return to nature of urban planning and construction from the guiding ideology to realize rational development and utilization.
