Zusammenfassung:High school students in the Czech Republic have many opportunities to improve their chemical knowledge and skills. Besides the world-famous Chemistry Olympiad, plenty of other competitions exist. One of these competitions is Fast and Attractive Chemical Education (FACE; the Czech acronym for this competition, KSICHT, means “face”), which has existed for 11 years. The main goal of FACE is to introduce chemistry to high school students in an entertaining way.
