Zusammenfassung:Innovation is the only approach to obtain competitive products. Companies will maintain their invincible position in the fast-changing market by accelerating products innovation speed and improving quick-response ability. The research focuses on the design of innovative sprayer based on ergonomics and rapid prototyping. In terms of the size, shape and colour of sprayer design, it was taken into account from anatomy, physiology and psychology of human characteristics. Thus the operators can work healthily, comfortable and effectively. In the every stages of design, various prototypes provided by rapid prototyping were used to evaluate, test and modify of 3D models, along with test on function and assembly. Then time of design can be shortened significantly, the speed of sprayer innovative design can be increased, the development costs and investment risk can be decreased, and the enterprise competitiveness can be promoted.
