Zusammenfassung:With the rapid development of Chinese economic, environmental pollution, energy shortages and other issues become increasingly prominent. Relying solely on the power construction is difficult to meet the country's rapidly increasing demand for electricity. Energy conservation, rational and efficient use of energy is the effective initiatives to protect the environment and ease the energy shortage. Efficiency Power Plant (EPP) can improve the energy utilization efficiency of the whole society. It is the most new energy-saving mode, many issues need to coordinate and handle during its implementation. Benefit sharing is a key prerequisite for enterprise to implement the EPP. In this paper, we integrate all aspects of EPP’s risk factors during its implementation to build a benefit sharing model of Efficiency Power Plant. And prove the feasibility and accuracy.
