Zusammenfassung:A preload adjustable new ultrasonic vibration extrusion system was designed based on one-dimensional theory of elastic, moreover, the vibrator also has passed simulation analysis tested by Ansys. The influence of the flange structure to the resonance vibration mode of the vibrator was proposed. Finally its vibration performance was verified by impedance characteristic test and conformed to the processing requirement.
