A Novel Method to Enhance and Optimize Retinal Vessels Image Based on Combining Bottom Cap and Optimization Transformation

Combining bottom cap and optimization transformations belt a novel method to enhance and optimize retinal vessel image. The results pointed out that use of this method can obtain resulting image with clear retinal vessel especially in the optic disc.
