Zusammenfassung: | The current pipe fitting forming process is characterized by more than one equipment and gradually formation processes, it is high misinformation, low performance, and poor versatile inferior. Therefore, an automatic integrated system about the pipe cutting, the pipe bending, the molding pipe end and the discharging is presented in this paper. The integrated system can realize the integrated numerical control, willfully combine the whole processes, and enhance the process quality. The following works have been done: design the processes schematic, optimize the integrated pipe processes, and design the integration process system structure. The research lays the rationale for the development of the integration process numerical control equipment. |
