Zusammenfassung: | Implementation of management by processes in Romania it is a problem if we consider its effects: improving performances of organizations expressed in terms of quality, process duration, cost, etc. Taking into account the sequence of steps corresponding to the specific managerial process and quality management, it is considered that its functions are: planning, organizing, coordinating, controlling, quality assurance and improvement. This paper presents a detailed approach of advanced product quality planning (APQP) of technological products and the case study regarding the analysis of industrial product defects implementing statistical process control (SPC). The Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) purpose continues to be to provide the evidence that the specification requirements are clearly understood by the organization and the manufacturing processes are the designed capability. Implementing the APQP technique permits us to define and establish the steps necessary to ensure that a product satisfies the customers requirements. |
