Zusammenfassung: | The research is aimed at determining functions of company managers needed for innovative development of a company. The author gives original detailed recommendations about required types and functions of knowledge managers, describes their key competences and personal qualities. These functions are to encourage company employees to generate new ideas intended to improve work organization. The author applies system analysis to show companies demand in a particular type of knowledge managers. The research rests upon the thesis that social relationships of efficient management which arise in the process of collaboration in a company make the basis for developing job descriptions of specialists in knowledge management system. |
