Zusammenfassung:The present paper is devoted to study of through permeability of a rock massif above a worked out volume based on the data of coal extraction with complete roof collapse in the underlying coal beds beneath inundated mine openings. The presence of natural analogs of displacement zones with the same characteristics emphasizes the organizing role played by the technogenic cyclic processes in minesit is a factor of regular transformations of subordinate value. The stability of the permeability and cracking structure is a result of self regulation of both displacement and the stress strain state of the rock massif.
