Zusammenfassung: | Today vast practical expansion in mobiletechnology have possibly allowed service consumer and serviceproviders to replace the traditional transaction process intoMobile transaction process. Due to the various challenges in theboth traditional and distributed transaction systems, theadvanced Mobile Transaction process yields several benefitsand flexibility to both consumer and provider. However, morecritical issues have not yet fully deal with in mobile transactionsystem, mainly because of security concern. This paper proposea reliable and fault tolerant Mobile Transaction paradigm usingsurrogate object which provides a text based as well asbiometric authentication which has finger print and facerecognition for strong authentication and utilizes cryptographicmethod for securing the Mobile transaction process. Andmoreover, efficient fault tolerance mechanism which helps incase of the mobile device gets switch off or any networkconnectivity issues occurs, to provide an optimal mobiletransaction process to an authorized user with increasedreliability, that can be done by using this surrogate object model. This new approach is evaluated through simulation and itshows the proposed system is more reliable and secured thanthe existing Mobile transaction process. |
