Spectra of Arithmetic Infinite Graphs and Their Application

We discuss some properties of certain finite volume infinite graphs defined arithmetically, from a spectral point of view. These graphs are constructed from principal congruence subgroups over function fields and known to be Ramanujan diagrams.
