Responsibility of the legislative government: Distinguishing

The present work studies the figure of the patrimonial responsibility of the Legislative State. It checks its principal precedents attending to theSpanish and French jurisprudence. It distinguishes its two principal typesor hypothesis and analyzes critically the most spread arguments that rejectits recognition and application. It proposes that those skeptical argumentstowards the responsibility of the legislative State concern in a diverse wayits two branches. [PUBLICATION ABSTRACT]
