Zusammenfassung: | This paper proposes a novel current-reuse type cross-coupled LC oscillator with a high-speed start-up performance. This circuit is well suited to an inner oscillator of an active IC tag if power management of the oscillator is necessary. The advantage of the proposed oscillator is in a high-speed start-up performance in addition to a good power-line noise rejection and a low phase noise of an LC oscillator. These performances are verified by SPICE simulations. |
