Rheologic characteristics of cryolabile vegetative raw materials

Rheologic characteristics of cryolabile subtropical fruits (kiwi, feijoa, ebony) after freezing, cryoprotector processing, and processing with low frequencies have been defined. The efficiency of using these processes in subtropical cryolabile materials has been demonstrated.
