The knowledge management organizational in the deployment of a PMO is critical to ensuring a competitive edge, along with the commitment of top management, which subsidizes this deployment. The aim of this paper is described as transfer knowledge in deploying a project management office considering the maturity of lifelong learning deployment, using as case study a company's steel segment belonging to a major producer of steel worldwide. |
