Case 14-2013

A 70-year-old woman was seen in this hospital because of vaginal bleeding. An endometrial-biopsy specimen showed a poorly differentiated malignant neoplasm that was suggestive of mixed müllerian tumor (carcinosarcoma). A diagnostic and therapeutic procedure was performed.
