Zusammenfassung: | The evolution of the management system of industrial organizations in Poland's socialist national economy has been of interest to specialists of many disciplines. It is important, at this stage, for economic historians to make their contribution. Their work would show the structural transformation of the national economy, along with changes in the forms and techniques in the functioning of the industrial organization system. Several hypotheses concerning changes in the system of managing industry are formulated for these areas: 1. increasing programming and planning, 2. the sandglass of centralization, and 3. structuralization of actions and behavior. An examination of the Polish system of managing industry shows that its basis was formed long ago. However, the logic of the system remains unchanged, although many new economic-financial principles, legal solutions, construction elements, and new developmental strategies have been worked out for the needs of the present decade. |
