Zusammenfassung:This is the case of first orthotopic liver transplantation (LT) in Latvia. LT was done due to liver cirrhosis caused by primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC). After LT patient had two complications - stenosis of portal anastamosis and necrosis of common bile duct (CBD), which were successfully solved with stenting of v.porta and reconstructive operation of CBD.
