Invasive vs Medical Management for Cardiogenic Shock: The Bandung Experience

Conclusion In spite of our limited back-up medical facility at our institution, an early invasive approach is still the preferred management option for patients with cardiogenic shock which confers a greater survival benefit as well as reducing heart failure recurrence over medical therapy.
