Zusammenfassung:The lipid profile of fruits of Luffa acutangula var. amara C.B.Clarke was analyzed from methanolic extract using Gas Chromatography with Flame Ionization Detector technique. The results showed that the extract contain saturated fatty acids, monosaturated fatty acids and polyunsaturated acids at 66.40%, 13.50%, and 20.00 % respectively. The major fatty acids of fruit are pentadeconic acid and palmitic acid. [PUBLICATION ABSTRACT]
