Zusammenfassung:Background Frey's syndrome is a common side effect of parotid gland surgery. It can also be a sequel of inflammation or trauma. The use of botulinum toxin as a treatment option is described in the literature. Conclusions This paper presents the first case of Frey's syndrome treated with botulinum toxin at our department, which proved to be very successful, simple and safe.
