A treatment is given of the taxonomy and distribution of members of the treefrog and reed frog genera Chiromantis, Leptopelis, Kassina, Kassinula, Afrixalus and Hyperolius occurring in Botswana, Caprivi, Zambia, Malawi, Mozambique and Zimbabwe.
