Zusammenfassung: | Many researchers consider indisputable the necessity of evaluating natural resources (minerals, timber, water, land, etc.) in the process of their exploitation. This problem has become particularly acute in connection with implementation of the economic reforms. If profit becomes the chief indicator of the effectiveness of an enterprise's work, enterprise collectives are more "interested" than previously in the irrational exploitation of natural resources. Hence the contradiction between the social necessity of making rational use of natural resources and the lack of interest of enterprise collectives in doing so are exacerbated. |
