THE NINTH AMENDMENT AND THE UNWRITTEN CONSTITUTION: THE PROBLEMS OF CONSTITUTIONAL INTERPRETATION

Professor Rapaczynski analyzes a number of theories of constitutional interpretation and concludes that the ninth amendment does not state anything that we would not know without it.
