Zusammenfassung: | Thirty male and 30 female college students were tested for reminiscence effects on both the pursuit rotor and inverted alphabet printing tasks. Results indicate significant reminiscence effects following three minutes rest, with males significantly superior to females in magnitude of reminiscence. Males were significantly better than females on the pursuit rotor, and females significantly superior on inverted alphabet printing. A significant correlation between reminiscence scores for males on the pursuit rotor and inverted alphabet printing was held to be supportive of individual differences and central interpretations of the phenomenon. |
